Job description


Position Overview:
This is a part-time in-house role with room to grow. We’re seeking someone reliable, creative, and experienced in e-commerce who’s also willing to take on additional hours when needed. We’re building a team, not just hiring a role — so we’re looking for a long-term team player who’s excited to grow with the business.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee product sourcing, vendor communication, and inventory flow (dropshipping + private label)
• Monitor and manage AutoDS, Shopify, and fulfillment systems
• Package and fulfill candle orders; create themed bundles for promotions
• Jump in quickly to resolve issues or delays in order fulfillment
• Respond to customers and provide professional support and updates
• Assist in social media content planning and creation (TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram)
• List and optimize products across platforms: Google Shopping, Walmart, Shop app, etc.
• Help build seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
• Keep the workspace organized and visually on-brand
• Communicate regularly with the business owner and help execute strategy

Requirements:
• Must live within 30 minutes of Miami, FL 33186 (in-house only)
• 2+ years of e-commerce experience (Shopify + AutoDS preferred)
• Skilled in customer service, organization, and problem-solving
• Must have experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Google Shopping, Walmart Marketplace, and Shop
• Hands-on candle-making and bundle packaging experience is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Willing to grow with the company and contribute long-term
• Open to increasing hours as needed, especially during busy seasons or launches
