Minimum qualifications:

As a Global Partner Incentives Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, development and launch of partner incentives for the Google Cloud portfolio. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and implement the strategy, planning, design and launch of partner incentives required by regions and Cloud Sales Leadership. You will closely work with key stakeholders across the organization to plan and design compelling incentives to meet our business goals. You will be responsible for the design and governance of partner incentives for Google's security portfolio.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
  • Partner incentive strategy, design, planning and launches for Google Cloud for direct resellers and scaled partners to accelerate new customer acquisition, growth and adoption.
  • Engage in benchmarking, financial modeling and incentive design including, assessing current state and to identify future state models, build proposals and get them approved including budgets, compliance and operational readiness.
  • Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Product Area (PAs), sales, sales ops, finance, accounting, legal and agreements.
  • Work with global and regional teams on pilots, program landing, usage, and potential partner engagements to drive market and expansion.
  • Establish the process and a streamlined engagement across global and regional partner teams and efficiently run and report out the performance Return on Investment (ROI) for the financial incentives portfolio.
