This fully remote position allows for a flexible work schedule, accommodating both full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time (5+ hours/week) options. • Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via secure video chat sessions, fostering a supportive environment for client disclosures.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Assist clients in developing new coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills through therapeutic exercises and discussions.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Remain updated with the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies and teletherapy practices to continually improve client care.

The primary client population for this role includes adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, mild depression, and stress management. Our approach emphasizes client-centered care, focusing on building rapport and trust to facilitate a safe space for individuals to express their thoughts and emotions. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will tailor your treatment modalities to fit each client’s specific cultural and situational context.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state licensure in one of the following areas: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
• Independent licensure without supervision and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by computer literacy for effective communication and session management through our telehealth platform.
• Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted video counseling sessions.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote mental health counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated success in developing strong therapeutic alliances and enhancing client engagement in a remote setting.
