Data Coordinator / Operations Analyst (Fashion & E-Commerce)

ALEXIA ADMOR FRENCH DESIGNER G

Manhattan, NY โ€ข On-site

$40K - $65K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 6 days ago

Job description

Alexia Admor is a contemporary women’s fashion brand operating across major retail partners including Macy’s, Nordstrom, Kohl’s, Belk, Rent the Runway, Rue GILT, and our own Shopify-powered DTC business.
We are seeking a smart, detail-driven Data Coordinator / Operations Analyst to join our team and work closely with senior leadership on the systems, data, and operational engine of the business.
This is not a passive role. It is an in-the-weeds, learn-by-doing position designed for someone who wants to deeply understand how a modern fashion brand actually runs — from ERP to drop ship logistics to retail execution.
Compensation, Structure & Growth

  • Base Salary: $40,000- $65,000 commensurate with experience
  • Salary reflects:
    • Hands-on training in a specialized fashion ERP (Winfashion)
    • Direct exposure to enterprise retail partners
    • Ownership of mission-critical data and workflows
  • In-person training is a priority; flexibility between New York and South Florida is strongly preferred
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to accuracy, execution quality, and project milestones
  • Clear growth trajectory for high performers
What You’ll Do

ERP & Data Operations (Core Focus)

  • Learn and become a power user of Winfashion ERP through direct mentorship
  • Pull, organize, validate, and maintain product data including:
    • Pricing, costs, and margins
    • Product descriptions and attributes
    • Color, size, fabric, and fit details
  • Create and maintain:
    • Retail attribute sheets
    • Offer sheets supporting sales and buying initiatives
    • Partner-specific data files required for onboarding and execution
Retail Partner Enablement

  • Prepare customized product and offer sheets for key retail partners
  • Manage attribute requirements for partners such as:
    • Macy’s
    • Nordstrom
    • Kohl’s
    • Belk
    • Rent the Runway
    • Rue GILT
  • Monitor partner sites to ensure:
    • Live styles remain active
    • Product content remains accurate and complete
  • Flag discrepancies, deactivations, or execution issues and coordinate resolutions
Drop Ship & Logistics Oversight

  • Communicate daily with our 3PL to ensure shipment deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with and oversee our overseas ERP / drop ship team

  • Act as a quality-control checkpoint to ensure execution is clean, timely, and scalable
Shopify Backend Management

  • Manage product setup and lifecycle in Shopify:
    • Loading new styles
    • Deactivating or archiving older styles
    • Supporting site structure and readiness
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
Cross-Functional & Growth Initiatives

  • Support post-production workflows:
    • Organizing and distributing photo assets to retail partners
  • Assist with monthly delivery cadence and ongoing site freshness
  • Participate in forward-looking initiatives including:
    • AI-assisted workflows
    • Process automation and optimization
    • Data hygiene and system scaling
Who This Role Is For

  • Someone intellectually curious who enjoys mastering complex systems
  • Highly detail-oriented — accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly
  • Excited by fashion and operations — not one without the other
  • Thrives in an in-person training environment and collaborative setting
Experience That Helps (But Is Not Required)

  • Prior experience with Winfashion or fashion ERPs
  • Experience supporting major retail partners or drop ship programs
  • Shopify backend experience
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Long-term interest in operations, analytics, or systems leadership
Benefits & Professional Development

  • Flexible in-office schedule, including NY / South Florida rotation
  • Performance bonuses tied to accuracy, execution quality, and project milestones
  • Professional development support, including:
    • ERP mastery
    • Advanced analytics and systems training
  • Clear growth path toward Operations Manager / Systems Specialist roles
Why Alexia Admor

  • Direct mentorship from senior team members who run the business
  • Real responsibility — not busywork
  • Exposure to enterprise retail, ERP systems, and modern e-commerce infrastructure
  • A growing brand actively investing in systems, automation, and scale
