Position Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing the daily flow of appointments, supporting salon operations, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every family.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with a warm and enthusiastic welcome.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Check guests in and out using the salon management system.
  • Process payments accurately.
  • Promote memberships, retail products, and salon services.
  • Encourage clients to pre-book their next appointment.
  • Request Google and Yelp reviews from satisfied guests.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with birthday party inquiries and bookings.
  • Help keep the salon clean and organized throughout the day.
  • Support stylists and salon managers as needed.
