Job Summary:

As a Senior Program Manager on the Cloud Responsible AI team, you will lead complex projects focused on ensuring the safety and ethical use of AI products, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement responsible AI solutions and adhere to global regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across DM, Vertex, PSO, and Compliance to architect and deliver responsible AI solutions.
• Refine and implement enterprise-specific safety standards and RAI governance frameworks, translating ethical principles into actionable, consistent guidelines.
• Own the end-to-end pre-launch safety, neutrality, and testing strategy for prominent GenAI products. Provide authoritative, data-driven launch assessments to guide executive product decisions and mitigate human risks.
• Operationalize systems to ensure adherence to global regulations like the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Engage strategic enterprise customers to gather feedback, deliver RAI workshops, and build customer-centric safety tooling.
• Define and maintain a safety product roadmap that anticipates market risks and aligns with Google’s long-term strategy.

Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of experience in trust and safety.
