Application Instructions
Project Coordinators are responsible for handling administrative tasks of a project, like budgeting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and handling information flow from various departments. This is a mid-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Description
  • Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Monitor and track project progress and team members' performance by creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Actively identify potential issues and help implement solutions.
  • Execute project management administrative tasks such as managing subcontracts, change orders, invoices, among other documents.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries for project management and team.
  • Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency.
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • In Office position
  • Salary based on experience

Position Requirements
  • Associate degree in business administration, management or a related field - preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule software and Vista by Viewpoint - preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
