Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager that will manage projects and project teams successfully from qualification, through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution and closeout.
 
In collaboration with the Superintendent and field team, this role is responsible for ensuring all projects and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes. You will play a key role in establishing team member roles and responsibilities and taking the lead in defining the structure and communication expectations to ensure efficient work and progression. 
What You Will Do
  • Manage service projects, maintenance contracts, and urgent response work.
  • Review service requests, develop scope, estimate projects, dispatch staff, and monitor job progress.
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials; ensure timely workflow.
  • Serve as customer liaison: job updates, expectations, issue resolution.
  • Track job costs-labor, materials, rentals-to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA.
  • Maintain documentation: service reports, change orders, permits, closeout summaries.
  • Provide leadership and support to service technicians and apprentices.
  • Identify new service opportunities and assist with contract renewals.
What You Will Need
  • 3-5+ years experience in electrical contracting, ideally service operations or PM.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, installation, and service practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customerservice skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, crews, and priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management or work order systems; MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
 
Preferred:
  • Journeyman/Master Electrician license.
  • Estimating experience; familiarity with ServiceTitan, Accubid, ConEst, etc.
  • Commercial/industrial service background (healthcare, property management companies, restaurants, data centers, manufacturing).
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
 
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Officebased with regular travel to client sites.
  • Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs/ladders, lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Fastpaced service environment; may involve afterhours calls.
