Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (PMP Certified) with proven experience in federal or government environments to lead complex, mission-critical technology programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance within regulated environments.
This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week in Fairfax, VA.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs within federal or regulated environments
  • Manage cross-functional teams (10+ members) across engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders
  • Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
  • Ensure alignment between technical execution and federal/business objectives
  • Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies across teams
  • Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and federal stakeholders
  • Partner with executives to deliver clear, concise status reporting and strategic insights
  • Ensure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Oversee program budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, departments, and vendors

Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification - active and in good standing (not expired)
