Job description

As the Sponsorship Project & Reporting Associate, you are responsible for building, managing, and scaling the reporting layer for Money Group sponsorships. You own the performance reporting systems that turn sponsorship delivery into provable, renewable brand value across portfolio performance, AI/LLM visibility, and client-facing reporting. This role partners closely with Sponsorship Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every package has accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports sponsor strategy, renewals, account expansion, and brand-forward positioning.
You may also support the sponsorship department by coordinating cross-functional project timelines, preparing client presentations and executive-ready decks, and helping ensure sponsorships are delivered on time and with a consistent, polished client experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Supports the preparation and maintenance of sponsorship reports, including weekly trackers, monthly portfolio reports, baseline reports, data quality checks, and client-ready reporting materials.
  • Assists with portfolio performance reporting across active sponsorships, including brand impressions, pageviews, outbound clicks, email metrics, publisher performance, raw data, and other campaign KPIs, as well as AI/LLM visibility metrics such as brand mentions, citations, prompt-level performance, share of voice, publisher visibility, sentiment, and changes in search and answer-engine presence over time.
  • Helps maintain AI/LLM visibility reports, including baseline reports, monthly updates, share of voice, mentions, citations, sentiment, and competitive insights.
  • Partners with Sponsorship Program Managers to help ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and aligned with sponsorship deliverables.
  • Uses reporting tools and AI to streamline recurring data collection and reporting tasks while helping improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintains reporting templates and documentation to support consistent reporting across sponsorship accounts.
  • Assists in updating and maintaining sponsorship reporting dashboards to ensure data is current and accurate.
  • Prepares clear, organized, client-ready reporting materials that support client meetings, renewals, and internal business reviews.
  • Tracks reporting timelines and key metrics to help ensure reports are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Collaborates with teams across Sponsorship, Sales, Content, Product, Ads by Money, Engineering, Legal, and external partners to gather information and complete reporting tasks.
  • Takes notes during kickoff and status meetings, updates project documentation, tracks action items, and follows up on assigned tasks.
  • Assists with the preparation and maintenance of sales resources, including media kits, pitch deck templates, brand questionnaires, and industry research.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of study
  • Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with using Asana or similar project management tools for task tracking, team collaboration, and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, sponsorships, SEO, email marketing, or AI/LLM visibility reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building dashboards or automating recurring reporting processes.
  • Experience with product management, scrum and/or agile methodologies
