Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior PPC Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This is a fully remote role ideal for a performance marketing expert who thrives on optimizing campaigns, scaling ad spend, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $20,000 to $200,000+
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
  • Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for client accounts
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets ($20K+/month)
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign performance insights
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred
