Americaneagle.com is seeking a qualified Paid Search (PPC) Campaign Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The primary function of this role is to facilitate the day-to-day execution of search engine marketing campaigns for clients ranging from small and mid-size companies to Fortune 100 corporations.
This includes the development of account strategies, campaign implementation, optimizations, and performance reporting. The PPC Specialist will work closely with account teams and other channel specialists to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns that meet client objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, advise on ad spend and ad placement, test ad copy, and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Write compelling ad copy that drives users toward conversion-focused landing pages
  • Optimize campaign performance, including adjusting bid strategies, keyword targets, and ad copy
  • Work with design teams to consult on effective ad creatives
  • Report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to clients on campaign performance and recommendations
  • Stay current on PPC and SEM best practices while collaborating with peers on the Digital Marketing team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of PPC and SEM experience
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications with experience using Google Tag Manager
  • Highly proficient in Google Ads including Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and Video campaigns
  • Experience with additional advertising platforms including Bing Network and Amazon
  • Experience working in Excel
  • Skilled in Google Analytics and able to set up and troubleshoot complex conversion tracking
  • In-depth understanding of search engines, current SEM techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEM strategy
  • Knowledge of web design technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing to clients
  • Strong time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Ability to think logically and develop practical recommendations to support client digital marketing strategies and efforts
