TriplePoint Labs is a growing manufacturing company focused on engineering excellence, quality, and customer responsiveness. We are seeking a hands-on Operations Systems Manager to lead improvements across ERP, inventory management, purchasing, planning, and cross-functional business processes.

The Opportunity

You will own initiatives that improve ERP effectiveness and user adoption, inventory accuracy and visibility, purchasing and supply chain performance, production planning and scheduling processes, KPI reporting, and cross-functional workflows between Engineering, Purchasing, and Production.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you will have improved inventory accuracy and trust in system data, increased ERP adoption and process compliance, reduced purchasing and material-related disruptions, improved planning effectiveness, established operational KPIs, and standardized key business processes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory management, ERP administration, or process improvement.
  • Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and planning processes.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance through systems and process improvements.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS, or related certifications.
  • Experience managing purchasing or supply chain personnel.
Ideal Candidate

You have personally solved problems involving inventory accuracy, ERP data quality, planning processes, purchasing workflows, and operational visibility. You enjoy building systems, creating structure, and helping organizations scale.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing leadership.
