Emergency Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $350000.00 - $390000.00

Practice Overview & Culture

  • Two freestanding emergency room locations with two more set to open in the next 12 months.
  • 18-24 total Patients per day

Schedule & Coverage

  • 12-hour shifts
    • Mix of days and some nights
    • 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM with shift differentials
    • 24 hour shifts can be accommodated.
  • Full-time commitment: minimum 12 shifts per month (144 hours)
    • Full time receives benefits stipend

Compensation (1099 Independent Contractor)

Base Shift Rates

  • Day shifts: $2,300
  • Night shifts: $2,500

After 13 Shifts/Month (Retroactive Increase across all previous shifts for the month) Comp listed below

  • Day shifts: $2,500
  • Night shifts: $2,800

Additional Earnings

  • Observation patients: $150 per patient (typically 1-2 per shift)
  • Physicians working 13 shifts/month with benefits are earning $390,000 and up plus benefits on top!
