Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
  • Experience in full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or other similar qualification).
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to put structure to ambiguous problems and drive insights.
  • Excellent problem-framing, problem-structuring and project management skills.
  • Excellent investigative and technical (Financial Modelling/SQL/Data Viz) skills working with large volumes of complex data.
  • Excellent business judgment and leadership skills with the ability to communicate with clarity and engage with an executive management team.

In this role, you will work with executive sales leaders and key partners to enable robust decision-making by understanding their business, leading cross-functional efforts to grow the product area, and providing the strategic financial leadership required to manage complex portfolios. You will be a well-rounded top performer who can lead macro-business modeling initiatives and grow in a high-energy growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a Trusted advisor to Sales Leaders (Director ) on business performance and finance related priorities. Provide management with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Drive projects and initiatives end-to-end for Financial Planning and Analysis and support large, cross-functional, complex projects and initiatives.
  • Drive business strategy across the AppDev Business. Define financial analysis objectives, build top-line analytical frameworks, and effectively prioritize activities that highlight opportunities and gaps in programs/product/App verticals performance.
  • Lead investigative deep dives separately in partnership with finance and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner effectively with finance, sales, sales operations and strategy in country, regional and global teams. Partner closely with other Finance teams and Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) to drive aligned business strategies.
