Mathnasium of Northwest Hills is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our center. No advanced math knowledge is requiredwe will provide extensive training. Our Center Director handles the academic side; your role is helping create an exceptional experience for students and families.

Schedule
School Year Hours
- Monday Thursday: 12:00 PM 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM 2:00 PM
Summer HoursHours change during June, July, and August and may include additional daytime availability.
This is an in-person position.
What You'll Do
- Welcome families and create an outstanding customer experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Learn our programs and confidently explain how Mathnasium helps students succeed.
- Promptly follow up with prospective families and assist with enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students.
- Communicate student progress and support family retention.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks.
- Help create a professional, organized, and positive learning environment.
- Work closely with the Center Director to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and prospective families.
- Ability to build trust and explain services with empathy and confidence.
- Proficiency with email, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service, office administration, sales, or relationship-building experience is preferred.
