Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support inbound customer service operations related to account inquiries, compliance requests, payment arrangements, and general information services. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced call center environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and provide exceptional customer support while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently while meeting service and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Resolve Tier 1 customer inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance.
  • Review customer accounts, verify information, and update records across multiple systems.
  • Educate customers regarding available online resources, policies, procedures, and service options.
  • Process requests and support payment arrangement activities when applicable.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and account updates.
