BRAND NEW LOCATION (CUSTOM BUILD), EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT, PAID TIME OFF

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Full-Time, Part Time and/or Contract, flexible schedule! Work for 5-star rated business. You must live WEST of I25. We will not interview MTs outside of this geographic zone due to last minute bookings, weather and traffic.

Our skilled massaged therapists and sports recovery specialists are trained to identify the source of your pain or discomfort and lead you on the path to full mobility.

Description

We are looking for awesome people to join an exceptional team, aimed at top notch customer service, massage techniques and personalized treatments. You must be available to work 2:00pm-8:30pm or 8:30am-2:00pm 2-3 shifts per week and optional Saturday 9:30am-5pm shift. Preferenece will be given to MTs available for both evenings and weekends. Unlike some massage businesses, we offer FULL 20, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions. We do not cheat our clientele out of valuable healing time. 50 Minutes is not equal to an hour! It's actually 17 PERCENT less than an hour. Check out our 5-star reviews on Google to see what our clients are saying. We have a local owner who cares about your success and well being. In your role:

  • Administer therapeutic massage services through a variety of modalities (trigger point, deep tissue, neuromuscular, etc)

  • Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens for clients, with SOAP notes being a part of our model

  • Provide the very highest quality and professionalism in terms of treatment, ensuring sessions begin and conclude at the published time

  • Great compensation plan with free monthly massages, regular merit increases and room for advancement (higher pay than most competitors and we don't micromanage our LMTs!)

Pays $55-$65 on average, per hour TOTAL; ($27-$32 an hour flat rate commission, PLUS 100% gratuities: $20-$30 per hour additional on average). Pay is commensurate with experience.
