Elements Massage is looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead the sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. Our business is built on Wellness Program sales and we award our team when we meet our objectives. Elements Massage Mechanicsburg is looking for a Lead Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.

The Lead WMA is responsible for all the WMA office tasks: the membership sales, building client loyalty, meeting studio and personal goals, objectives to ensure growth and profitability and a superior experience for all. Lead WMA will have the responsibility of helping out with additional assigned tasks to support the management team. The Lead WMA will also work closely with the Marketing Specialist for needed promotions and client communications.


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

>Consistently follow all steps of the KNOWETM and sales process resulting in a conversion rate of 30% or higher.

>Gains commitment and agreement from clients concerning rebooking and membership.

>Makes great first impressions, builds rapport, identifies client’s needs resulting in membership sales.

>Meets or exceeds the needs of the client- takes all opportunities to exceed client expectations

>Takes pride and passion in resolving client problems/complaints/issues. Listens, empathizes, apologies and takes personal responsibility to resolve any client issues.

>Maintains positive relations with clients and coworkers when under stress from high client times, client/co worker complaints.

>Understands and applies knowledge, skills and concepts from on-boarding, training, meetings and coaching/feedback.

>Actively participates in role-playing, training, activities, regular meetings and coaching.

>Owns personal growth and development using learning tools and resources, engages in skill building

>Accountable for goal/objective setting and achievement

>Communicates effectively with clients and team members.

>Maintains timely communications via lead calls, appointment bookings, membership questions and appointment confirmations.

>Assists manager with new employee training, coaching new and existing WMA team members

>Maintains and tracks monthly member invoices in a timely manner

>Maintains and tracks monthly communication for clients with 5+ sessions on account in a timely and organized manner

>Maintains and tracks member failed autopayments

>Maintains and tracks wellness member sign ups and cancellations


Qualifications:

>Not required but prefer prior experience in Wellness Industry, ie Gym, Spa or Chiropractor

>Prior retail sales experience is a must; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients

> 1 to 2 years experience as a team lead, shift lead, or sales lead etc

>Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.

>Customer Service in call center preferred; answering phones, speaking with clients to schedule appointments, answer questions, and solve problems.

>Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.

>Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

>Must be able to work fulltime. Preferrable daytime shifts but some evening shifts and a Saturday or Sunday may be required.


Studio Benefits:

>Pay $15 to $16 per hour starting

>Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
