About the Role:

The Dirt Work Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing earthmoving and excavation projects to ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion. This position requires coordinating with project managers, equipment operators, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards. The supervisor will utilize mapping and planning tools to optimize site layouts and material movement. Effective communication and documentation are essential to track progress, resolve issues, and report to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supervising dirt work or earthmoving projects in a construction environment.
