Driver Trainer

Were looking for a dedicated and knowledgeableDriver Trainerto support our team by delivering high-quality training for new and existing drivers. This role focuses on ensuring that all drivers meet safety, operational, and performance standards while providing an engaging and effective learning experience.

As a Driver Trainer, youll play a key role in setting drivers up for success by coaching them on vehicle operation, safety procedures, and best practices for delivering excellent customer service. Youll also track driver progress, provide feedback, and help improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery:Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for new and existing drivers.
  • Coaching & Development:Provide feedback and support to help drivers improve their skills and confidence.
  • Safety & Quality:Reinforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Performance Assessment:Evaluate driver performance, track progress, and report on training completion.
