Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laundry Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting customer laundry bags to and from the laundromat Monday-Friday starting 8am to roughly 1pm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a utility van or large vehicle to deliver laundry bags to designated locations.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring they are secured properly during transit.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during pick-ups deliveries.
  • Navigate efficiently using GPS or Apple/Google maps to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle correspondence and appropriately follow the schedule via our app delivery portal related to pick-up and deliveries.
  • Assist in moving products within the laundromat.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
  • Reliable personal smart phone
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
