The Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive measurable enrollment growth for our colleges and university client partners. This role is a critical function, working in close collaboration with strategists and client success managers to execute specialized digital advertising campaigns (including SEM, social media, or programmatic media). The ideal candidate is passionate about constantly improving performance by leveraging data to inform optimizations that drive results. This is an opportunity to own campaign execution and contribute to the transformative power of higher education through excellent and efficient work.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Marketing Strategists and Client Success Managers in the execution of digital marketing strategies and plans for VisionPoint’s clients.
  • Execute advertising campaigns for multiple clients, across digital marketing channels within your designated specialty which may include:
    • multimedia/programmatic media (StackAdapt, YouTube, etc.)
    • SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
    • social media (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Consult with our analytics team to plan, implement tracking, and manage marketing metrics within the platforms and marketing dashboards to contribute to campaign reports.
  • Utilize the full suite of platform reporting tools and Google Analytics to interpret and act on performance, making optimizations to constantly improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of CRO best practices along with a wide variety of digital media channels.
Who You AreExperience & Attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Currently hold or be able to obtain Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through, even and especially including the mundane administrative tasks that are essential to the job.
  • Passion to deliver work that’s excellent and efficient.
  • Ability to effectively plan, anticipate and take proactive, appropriate action.
  • Thirst for knowledge and passion to learn and grow in your area of expertise.
  • Sense of ownership and accountability to the goals, the client and the team.
