Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in supply chain management (e.g., infrastructure operations, supply chain operations, data center operations or manufacturing).
  • Experience with advanced data analytics/statistical analysis (e.g., SAP, SQL, dashboard creation).

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience driving AI or machine learning programs and utilizing data analytics to solve business problems.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional Data Center (e.g., Server Operations) and Logistics teams to define AI and data analytics requirements and own the end-to-end technical execution.
  • Collaborate with Functional POCs and PgMs to drive project timelines, proactively manage constraints, and ensure transparent communication regarding progress and completion goals to customers.
  • Program manage the development of AI solutions, data pipelines, and decision-support systems to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of Google's infrastructure.
  • Drive the adoption of Google's best practices by creating comprehensive documentation, training, and webinars to empower the infrastructure organization with robust self-serve analytics.
  • Ideate and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations by increasing the velocity and quality of data solution delivery.
