710 Labs is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and excited to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the organization’s IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security, as well as supporting the company’s many departments in Level 1 to Level 2 support requests.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate should also be knowledgeable of IT network security and have experience working with various operating systems and platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and JumpCloud environments
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Provide level 1 to level 2 support to company staff
  • Implement and manage new IT systems and services as directed by the Sr. IT Manager or VP, IT
  • Develop and implement IT processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with IT team and users in other departments to meet organizational needs and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
  • Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and networks
Qualifications:
  • AS/BS degree in computer science or 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT support role
  • Experience onboarding and offboarding users to various systems
  • Knowledgeable of IT network security and have experience working with various operating systems and platforms
  • Experience administering SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and JumpCloud
  • Knowledge of identity and access management
  • Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CompTIA, Unifi, Fortinet, Cisco (networking), Google, Microsoft Certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with supporting Ubiquiti (Unifi) and SonicWall network and security infrastructure are a plus
  • Ability to work on call evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
  • Occasional travel as needed
