Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and security-cleared Infrastructure Engineer to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Windows/Linux systems, and a strong background in infrastructure documentation and validation. This role is critical to maintaining secure, compliant, and high-performing IT environments in support of ITAR-regulated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments.

  • Ensure infrastructure meets ITAR compliance and security standards.

  • Create and maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and validation reports.

  • Perform infrastructure validation and testing to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

  • Participate in audits and ensure systems are aligned with regulatory and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related roles.

  • Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.

  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) administration.

  • Experience with infrastructure documentation and validation processes.

  • Familiarity with ITAR regulations and secure system design.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Engineer, or RHCE/MCSA.

  • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash).

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Prior experience working in defense, aerospace, or government-regulated environments.

Work Environment:

  • This is a 100% onsite role at a secure facility.

  • Must be able to pass background checks and comply with ITAR access requirements.
