Job description

Role: AEM developers

Location : Any location where Infosys location is there

Duration: Contract

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of software development experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical initiatives across product, business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, GIT, NodeJS, and modern front-end development practices
  • Demonstrated full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end systems
  • Hands-on experience implementing Adobe Web SDK (alloy.js) and client-side data layer patterns in production environments
  • Experience with tag management concepts, event-driven analytics, and data governance for digital properties
  • Experience optimizing web instrumentation for performance, reliability, and scale
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities and product roadmaps
  • Ability to translate complex analytics and instrumentation concepts into clear requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for deliverables, production quality, and issue resolution
  • The person should be a strong team player
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) component development and analytics instrumentation is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms and content authoring workflows (AEM, headless CMS, or similar) is an added advantage
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services for deployment, data processing, or analytics pipelines is an added advantage
