The Senior Front-End Web Developer will focus on building scalable, performant, and maintainable web experiences while collaborating with various teams to modernize the digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem
• partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems
• support website migrations and consolidation efforts
• transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
• Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
• Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
• Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
• Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
• Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability
• Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred:
• Experience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, and Wix
• Experience working with Figma, design systems, and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable, reusable front-end experiences
