Role: Google & Meta Advertising Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: 6645 Caballero BLVD, Buena Park, CA 90620

Schedule: On-site M-F 9 to 6 PST

Compensation Structure: $100,000 to $130,000 + Annual Bonus


About the Role

The Google/Meta Advertising Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta/Facebook platforms. This role is responsible for maximizing ROI, scaling ad performance, and driving customer acquisition and retention across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills, creative testing, and data-driven decision-making to grow a digital presence and revenue.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta/Facebook platforms

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI

  • Manage digital advertising budgets to achieve growth and profitability targets

  • Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to align ad messaging and landing pages with brand standards

  • Report regularly on ad performance, strategy shifts, and recommendations to leadership

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of Google and Meta ad accounts, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization

  • Implement and iterate on A/B tests for creative and audience targeting

  • Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies for search campaigns

  • Monitor evolving digital marketing trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to align advertising efforts with broader marketing objectives

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and growth recommendations to stakeholders

  • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and brand guidelines

  • Identify opportunities for scaling spend while maintaining or improving ROI

  • Manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution models for accurate reporting

  • Recommend new tools, platforms, or practices to improve digital advertising effectiveness

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta/Facebook platforms

  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce ad accounts profitably

  • Advanced proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analytics for both Google and Facebook/Meta ads

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Experience with A/B testing in digital advertising

  • Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and pixel management

  • Ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI across multiple campaigns

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience in consumer wellness, CPG, or similar industries

  • Familiarity with additional digital advertising channels (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest)

  • Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms

  • Proficiency with ad creative tools or working closely with design teams

  • Google Ads or Facebook/Meta Blueprint certifications
