Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience working to support technical teams in data center infrastructure components (e.g., power, cooling, networking, servers, storage), operations, and security best practices.
  • 5 years of experience with development and maintenance of data center policies and procedures.
  • 5 years of experience evaluating data center risk management framework and processes.
  • 5 years of experience with data center resilience and security.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working and collaborating with a team to achieve operational priorities and deliver projects.
  • Proficient with Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms and Groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a ability to engage and influence others.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for data center risk-related matters, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register specific to data center operations.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
