  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience managing business activities, such as business planning, running business reviews, or goal setting.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders to present data analysis and generate data-driven insights.

The GTM Performance, Analytics and Cloud Excellence (PACE) team, a vital part of the Customer Experience organization, is dedicated to accelerating Google Cloud business through a data-driven and field-centric strategy. This involves guiding and monitoring sales plays and consumption activities across the entire Cloud business, empowering both field teams and leadership with data-informed insights. Our primary objective is to foster a strong Cloud consumption culture within the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.

You will showcase thought leadership by providing executive-ready insights, frameworks, and identifying new areas of analysis, partnering closely with practice, specialist and geography leads in the Go-To-Market organization. You will drive cross-functional coordination across multiple levels of Google Cloud, shaping, influencing, and coordinating high-quality inputs from teams within the Go-To-Market organization, and external local and global cross-functional teams.

  • Drive analysis specific to business of our Software as a Service products through our renewal land and expand motions (both direct and through partner) and drive business intelligence implementation to land reporting and execution frameworks at scale.
  • Support key rhythms across the scaled segments with a focus on our corporate business (support steering committee meetings, practice leads, business development representatives).
  • Support prioritization and targeting of business initiatives through a data-driven approach to identify size-of-the-prize and Google’s ability to win.
