  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 8 years of experience leading cross-functional architectural initiatives, managing technical communities, or driving alignment across multiple business pillars.
  • Experience designing and establishing an Enterprise Architecture Toolkit (standards, design patterns, approved technologies) to balance governance with developer velocity and engineering freedom.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience shifting between technical problem-solving with engineering teams and high-level strategy mapping with executive leadership.
  • Experience co-authoring modern technical blueprints and developing long-term architectural strategies across a portfolio of internal systems within a complex, large-scale global organization.
  • Proven experience leading or chairing an Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) or similar enterprise-wide architectural governance program.

Because you will collaborate across various organizational boundaries, your success will hinge on your exceptional ability to influence without authority, using outstanding stakeholder management and storytelling skills to align different technical leaders toward shared standards and a unified architectural goal.

  • Drive the definition, establishment, and adoption of the Enterprise Architecture Toolkit (including standards, design patterns, approved technologies, and architectural guidelines).
  • Own and lead the Enterprise Architecture Board for Corporate Engineering. Drive engagement and architectural alignment across all pillars, building a highly collaborative cross-functional technical community.
