Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience leading and scaling global, distributed technical program management or engineering teams.
  • Direct experience operating within data center environments or other high-technology infrastructure environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and the end-to-end operational handover documentation process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and align a highly technical, distributed team of program managers across North America and South America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent operational standards and tool utilization globally.
  • Partner closely with executive and cross-functional leadership to influence decisions regarding digital content, operational tooling, and AI integration.
  • Manage the governance, tools, and processes for critical engineering and building design documents, ensuring seamless handover documentation and high-quality drawings from construction to operations.
  • Drive the roadmap for the team's engineering content systems and establish sustainable operational models for AI-driven platforms.
  • Lead global change management efforts to integrate content management platforms with interfacing enterprise systems, optimizing user experience and operational reliability.
