You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners.   • Hire, mentor, and lead a geographically dispersed team of multi-disciplinary security professionals, insider threat analysts, technical investigators, and developers.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for Google’s global insider threat detection, personnel security vetting, and behavioral risk monitoring frameworks. Oversee complex, highly sensitive technical investigations using advanced user behavioral analytics (UBA), forensics, and data-driven methods.
  • Partner with Google Legal, People Operations (HR), Trust and Safety, and Core Developing to ensure risk mitigation balances employee privacy with asset protection.
  • Serve as the primary security liaison for government-facing programs, ensuring strict adherence to federal personnel security and insider threat standards.
  • Execute the end-to-end security clearance process for all cleared Google Public Sector personnel.
