Nightwing is seeking candidates in consideration for a Training Coordinator/Admin Support position in the Warrenton area. As a member of the Customer's training team the right candidate will provide training specific to the proper operation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of Network Systems. Serve as primary and/or backup instructor for training provided to Staff Officers and individuals providing backend support. Position includes providing classroom instruction, demonstrations, and practical training; maintains systems in accordance with customer standards; develops course curriculum and course materials; provides student assessments and write-ups; proposes and implements technology solutions to enhance student's learning experience. Candidate will have proficiency in/a strong understanding of the customer's networks and systems, as well as the customer's IT infrastructure, security practices, and facilities operations/management. Candidate will be one of the primary instructors in several of these areas, to include classroom instruction, classroom preparation, on-line presentation of materials, development of curriculum and lesson plans, and in assisting in other areas as assigned. Position Requirements / Qualifications / Skills * Possess extensive network engineering and virtualization experience
* Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, CISCO, VMWare, Virtualization
* Possess deep understanding of Sponsor specific networks both enterprise and field unique
* Knowledge of Customer specific systems, configurations and field environment.
* Strong oral and written communications skills

* Current field experience operating and maintaining Sponsor tactical data platform(s)
* Experience with standard MS Office Suite applications as well as Sponsor administrative tools and processes

Years of Experience Required: 16+ Education Level/Major: BS in technical field desired but not required. Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational Requirement: Yes CONUS TDY Required: Yes, up to 10% CONUS travel, as required. Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover. The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
