Job description

EPAM is looking for a Cloud Engagement Lead to join EPAM's growing Google Business Group. You will lead end-to-end pipeline creation, partner with Google Cloud field teams on co-sell motions, and serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through their Google Cloud modernization and AI journeys. This is a builder's role - hands-on, entrepreneurial, and built for those who thrive in ambiguity. The ideal candidate combines strong Google Cloud Platform technical solution credibility with business development instincts. Req.# Responsibilities Lead opportunities end-to-end - qualification, deal shaping, technical solutioning and win strategy Act as pursuit leader on strategic deals, coordinating solution architects, delivery and EPAM Business Units Leads business/technical workshops and outcomes with client & Google teams that help advance a pursuit Own Net New and Expansion revenue targets for Google Cloud engagements within assigned verticals; drive a proactive pipeline and operating cadence Embed in top accounts: build joint EPAM-Google Cloud account strategies and execute land-and-expand motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data, and AI Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (VP to C level), positioning EPAM as a long-term transformation partner Build deep relationships with Google Cloud account teams, industry and partnership teams; lead joint executive sessions and ABM-style events Own and execute joint GTM motions with Google Cloud, acting as primary EPAM deal lead in co-sell opportunities Leverage Google Cloud programs and funding (PSF, DAF) to accelerate deal closure and increase deal size Mentor EPAM Client Partners and pursuit teams in cloud business development and Google Cloud co-sell best practices Requirements 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation; recent focus on Google Cloud modernization and AI programs Technical credibility in cloud migrations & engineering; practical fluency in AI-driven delivery models (AI-Native Development, FDE); Google technical certifications (Cloud Professional architect, Gemini Enterprise, etc.) Exposure to multiple industries. Preferred industries are Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, Power & Energy 5+ years driving cloud business growth in professional services or enterprise engineering environments Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with revenue accountability Deep familiarity with the Google Cloud field org (account teams, partnership leadership) and co-sell, PSF, and partner funding mechanics Strong business development instincts - proactive pipeline creation, offer-driven selling, and the ability to build joint GTM motions from scratch Executive communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable operating across verticals and client seniority levels Builder mindset - scrappy, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity and standing up new motions without formal support structures Ability to travel as needed for onsite client/partner requirements
