About the Role
As an External Quality System Intern, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring global access to safe, high-quality products through robust external partnerships. In this role, you will work alongside experienced mentors to support strategic projects and learn how we drive continuous improvement across our supply chain. The Opportunity
Collaborate with cross-functional team members on strategic and operational quality projects.
Support quality-related initiatives to maintain product compliance, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
Assist in generating essential operational reports, presentations, and documentation for strategic planning.
Partner with senior team members to identify process improvements and streamline daily operations.
Gain hands-on exposure to quality tools, systems, and processes within the External Quality organization.
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to understand business strategy and multi-functional collaboration.
Who You Are
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
You are proficient with office productivity suites (such as MS Office or Google Workspace) for analysis and presentations.
You demonstrate an understanding of quality standards and compliance relevant to GxP suppliers.
You have a basic knowledge of standard industry quality frameworks (such as cGMP or ISO standards) or operational excellence concepts.
Additional Information:
Term: 12-month full-time (35 hours per week) internship starting January 2027.
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days in office).
Relocation benefits are not provided.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57416,00 and 75358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
