Job description

Position Summary
The Treasury Analyst is a key new role created as part of the company's centralization of payables, floor plan administration, and major unit payoffs into Corporate. Reporting to the Treasury Director, this position will own daily execution across cash management, bank operations, floor plan administration and payment processing, partnering closely with Retail Accounting, AP and store-level General Managers.
This is a highly visible role on a lean team. The right candidate is hands-on, detail-driven, comfortable working across multiple bank and lender portals and energized by the opportunity to help build our treasury infrastructure rather than just operate within it.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Management & Bank Operations
  • Execute daily cash positioning across all RideNow entities; identify funding needs and excess cash.
  • Process daily net settlement between operating accounts and intercompany cash movements.
  • Initiate and/or release wires and ACH payments through JPMorgan Access, Wells Fargo SAGE and lender portals.
  • Manage daily Positive Pay decisioning (checks and ACH) across 50+JPMorgan accounts; research and resolve exceptions with stores and AP.
  • Support bank reconciliation activity as additional store locations centralize through 2026 and into 1Q27.
  • Process bank user access requests, signatory updates, and account opening / closing.

Floor Plan Administration
  • Own monthly floor plan statement workflows across all lenders (Polaris Acceptance, Huntington Distribution Finance (HDF), Wells Fargo CDF, and others).
  • Reconcile floor plan statements to DMS / payable records; resolve mapping and missing-unit discrepancies with Retail Accounting.
  • Calculate, post and process monthly floor plan interest payments through OEM and lender portals.
  • Coordinate dealer-to-dealer unit transfers, initiate or accept transfer requests on lender portals and ensure inventory and GL balances clear.
  • Process major unit payoffs and lien payoffs; contact lienholders, verify payoff amounts, confirm wire / check funding and partner with F&I on time-sensitive deal funding.
  • Process used unit cash offer payments to customers and other purchase payables.
  • Support ILOC monitoring and HDF compliance calendar tracking under Treasury Director direction.

Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis
  • Support the FY26 / FY27 cash forecast, populate actuals, refresh variance reporting and flag material drivers.
  • Maintain and publish recurring Treasury reports (used unit flooring status. weekly cash trend, floor plan interest tracker).
  • Build ad-hoc analyses for the Treasury Director and CFO, payment volume, lender exposure, surcharge / merchant economics, etc.
  • Maintain rolling cash workbook integrity and lender exposure schedules, Compliance, Controls & Audit Support.
  • Maintain audit trails for bank user access, Positive Pay decisions, and payment authorizations.
  • Support quarterly JPMorgan and other bank user access reviews.
  • Document and maintain Treasury Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Provide support to internal and external audit on treasury and bank-related items.
  • Operate within segregation-of-duties controls between payment initiation, approval, and reconciliation.

Process Improvement & Automation
  • Maintain and extend existing Treasury tooling, Excel / Power Query trackers, VBA macros, Google Apps Script workflows and standalone HTML utilities.
  • Identify manual processes ripe for automation; partner with Treasury Director on design and rollout.
  • Support documentation and training as additional payable areas (floor planning, MU payoffs, cash offer) are absorbed into the Treasury.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major commercial bank portal (JPMorgan Access, Wells Fargo CEO, Bank of America CashPro, or equivalent).
  • Advance Excel, pivot tables, complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to work directly with store General Managers, AP, accounting partners across multiple time zones.
  • High attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, time-sensitive processing.
  • Self-directed; thrives in a lean team where ownership and follow-through are required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive, powersports, marine, RV or other dealership / floor-planned inventory environments.
  • Direct experience with floor plans lenders (Polaris Acceptance, Huntington Distribution Finance, Wells Fargo CDF, Nextgear, Ally, etc).
  • Familiarity with dealership systems, Lightspeed, EVO, AVID, Floqast or comparable DMS, AP and reconciliation platforms.
  • Power Query / Power Point, VBA, Google Apps Script, Python, or SQL; any of the above is a strong plus.
  • Multi-entity, multi-state operating experience; comfort with intercompany activity.
  • Exposure to public-company controls environments (SOX) or audit-supporting documentation practices.

  • Floor Plan Lenders: Polaris Acceptance, HDF, Wells Fargo CDF, BRP / Huntington OEM Portals.
  • Dealership / Accounting Systems: Lightspeed, EVO, AVID, Floqast.
  • Productivity / Reporting: Excel (advanced), Power Query, Google Workspace, Power BI / Chart.js dashboards, internal AP Payment Portal and ACH Positive Pay tools.
