Job Overview:

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a Website and SEO Specialist to manage, build, and optimize our company websites to improve search engine visibility and user engagement. This role is responsible for maintaining website performance, implementing SEO strategies, and increasing organic traffic through on-page, technical, and content optimization.

The ideal candidate has experience building websites from scratch, managing CMS platforms, and working cross-functionally with marketing teams to support campaigns, demand generation, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Development

  • Manage, update, and maintain the company website (content, layout, and performance).
  • Build and launch new websites from scratch, including domain setup, hosting configuration, CMS installation, and site architecture.
  • Ensure websites are mobile responsive, secure, and optimized for performance and speed.
  • Maintain website structure, navigation, and overall user experience (UX).

SEO Strategy & Optimization

  • Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and keyword optimization.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Optimize website structure, page speed, indexing, and crawlability.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Content & Performance Optimization

  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and service pages.
  • Track and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user experience.

Cross-Functional Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with content marketing teams to align website pages, blogs, and resources with SEO strategy and keyword opportunities.
  • Work with paid media / PPC specialists to align landing pages with campaign goals and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to enhance website usability and engagement.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and brand teams to ensure website messaging reflects campaigns and positioning.
  • Support demand generation and marketing operations teams by building or optimizing landing pages for campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Work with analytics and marketing operations teams to implement tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Partner with social media and digital marketing teams to ensure website content supports integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide SEO guidance to internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives follow best practices for search visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO and website management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and launch websites from scratch, including domain setup, hosting configuration, CMS installation, and site structure.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website design principles.
  • Understanding of website architecture, navigation structure, and user experience (UX).
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and basic off-page SEO.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and backlink strategies.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Experience using AI tools to support website content creation, SEO research, and marketing optimization (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Experience creating conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies such as paid search, demand generation, and marketing automation.

COMPENSATION 

$100,000 - $115,000+

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
