Job description

Help Us Understand What’s Working — So We Can Reach More Folks Who Need Us

Our Safe Space is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating welcoming, judgment-free online spaces for personal growth, creativity, and connection. Through free workshops, event, and community programs, we empower individuals — especially women and LGBTQ+ members — to thrive.

We’re growing quickly, and we know our website traffic and digital outreach matter. What we don’t have is someone who speaks fluent Google Analytics.

That’s where you come in.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Google Analytics volunteer who can:

  • Coordinate with our Google Ad Grants efforts
  • Review and clean up our Google Analytics (GA4) setup
  • Ensure proper tracking (events, conversions, traffic sources, etc.)
  • Help us understand what’s working — and what’s not
  • Create a simple monthly dashboard or summary report
  • Make clear recommendations for improvement

Ideal Background

  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Comfortable explaining data in plain English
  • Experience with small but mighty nonprofits a plus
  • Google Ad Grants familiarity is helpful but not required
  • Independent, proactive, and organized

We’re especially interested in someone who has real-world experience — marketing professionals, retired professionals, consultants, or digital strategists welcome!

Time Commitment

Approximately 2–4 hours per month, ongoing.

Fully remote. Flexible schedule.

Why This Matters

We provide free programming that changes lives — one person at a time.

Better data helps us:

  • Reach more people
  • Strengthen grant applications
  • Improve fundraising
  • Grow sustainably

Your expertise helps us better serve our community with confidence, creativity, and resilience.

About Us

Our Safe Space is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to creating positive, empowering spaces for growth and connection. We’re practical, playful, and purpose-driven.

If you love meaningful work without drama — you’ll fit right in.
