Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un.e Stratège en Marketing Numérique afin de compléter l’équipe et de répondre à une demande grandissante. Nous offrons nos services en stratégie numérique, en acquisition, conversion et rétention de clients en ligne, ainsi qu’en visualisation de données.
Sous la responsabilité du chef du département Marketing Numérique, tu auras à jouer un rôle clé au niveau de la supervision de l’équipe dans l’accomplissement de leurs mandats et de leurs livrables. Tu représenteras la voix de l’expertise dans les mandats clients.

Tâches et responsabilités du poste :
  • Planifier et mener des initiatives numériques, de la présentation initiale à la livraison;
  • Accompagner et superviser les analystes et les spécialistes dans la livraison de leurs projets, de la phase de stratégie à la phase de maintenance et d’optimisation des comptes;
  • Communiquer et collaborer avec les cheffes d’équipe et l’équipe de vente ; maintenir la connaissance des projets en cours et à venir afin de planifier la gestion des ressources internes;
  • S’assurer de la performance et de la santé des comptes clients en SEO/SEA/SMM, Programmatique, etc.;
  • Effectuer l’assurance qualité au niveau de Google Ads, Google Display, Meta Ads, du Tracking, du Dashboarding et bien encore;
  • Planifier et cerner les nouvelles opportunités marketing dans les mandats;
  • Optimiser les solutions SEO/SEA/SMM, CRO et Programmatique à l’interne;
  • Préparer le storytelling et présenter des statuts mensuels sur les performances des différentes plateformes et campagnes (KPIs, Programmatique, SEA, SMM, etc.);
  • Conseiller le client et exécuter les tactiques marketing;
  • Demeurer à l’affût des dernières tendances en marketing numérique.

Qualifications et caractéristiques requises
  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en création & gestion de campagnes de marketing numérique (plus précisément en Publicité en ligne et SEO);
  • Excellente maîtrise des plateformes publicitaires de Facebook, LinkedIn et Google;
  • Excellente maîtrise de Google Analytics;
  • Expérience avec Google Data Studio ou Google Tag Manager, un atout;
  • Expérience avec WordPress & WooCommerce, un atout;
  • Connaissance du HTML, un atout;
  • Connaissance d’outils de veille tels que SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, un atout;

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to round out our team and meet growing demand. We offer services in digital strategy; online customer acquisition, conversion, and retention; as well as data visualization.
Reporting to the Head of the Digital Marketing department, you will play a key role in supervising the team as they deliver on their mandates and deliverables. You will be the voice of expertise on client engagements.
