We are a small, fast-moving team where your work is visible, your ideas are heard, and there is real room to grow as the agency grows.

About the Role

We are looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our client campaigns. • Test and implement new campaign types and platform features
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy across all clients
  • Collaborate with clients on their inquiries

Reporting and Data Support

  • Learn to use our analytics platform to compile performance data across channels for reporting
  • Assist in building the agency's performance tracking dashboard
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Support analysis by identifying discrepancies and anomalies

Process and Workflow Improvement

  • Help streamline trafficking and QA processes across channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools, automation, and better workflows
  • Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Contribute to building scalable operations as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role, such as ad operations, digital marketing, account coordination, e-commerce, or analytics support
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including direct interaction with clients
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage recurring workflows across multiple client accounts
  • Comfort learning new software tools quickly
