Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Administrator supports the Marketing Team in promoting all Beaumont area Doggett Automotive Group dealerships through social media content creation, event support, and public-facing communications. This position will work a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 15 hours per week.
Essential Functions
  • Assist in the creation and editing of engaging video, photo, and written social media content for several auto dealership accounts across many social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business, and others as assigned
  • Create written and visual content for use in email marketing, website updates, social platform profiles, and dealership promotions
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Research competitor marketing strategies and industry trends
  • Assist with planning, and execution of dealership events both on and off site
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a professional and efficient manner

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years completed study toward an Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with willingness to learn others as needed
  • Experience with marketing design tools such as Canva
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Graphic design, photography or video editing experience is a plus

Travel Requirements
  • Occasional local travel within the Southeast TX area may be required
  • This position is based in Beaumont, Texas
