Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options. You'll work on residential new-construction job sites, with support from a collaborative team and access to company-provided resources that help keep your work efficient and on track.

YOUR DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN - MECHANIC

Each day, you'll head out to new-construction residential sites where you'll perform expert rough-in wiring, trim-outs, fixture installations, and system troubleshooting. You'll read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure everything is done right the first time. You'll communicate clearly and professionally with builders, homeowners, and your teammates to deliver five-star service from start to finish. You'll maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while ensuring every installation meets code requirements. With company-provided tools, a take-home vehicle, and a tablet and phone at your fingertips, you'll have everything you need to deliver quality results and grow in your craft.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN - MECHANIC

  • 3+ years of experience wiring new-construction homes
  • Strong skills in fixture, device installation, basic maintenance
  • Ability to read and apply electrical schematics and plans
  • Problem-solver's mindset and a strong team-player attitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Drive to grow professionally and financially
