Job Summary:

As a Cashier – Outlet Store, you will process customer purchases efficiently and accurately while  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced outlet setting.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Weigh and price items according to outlet store policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and pricing structures.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, pricing, and store policies.
  • Bag or package items efficiently and securely.
  • Ensure a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking necessary supplies.
  • Follow all loss prevention and safety procedures.
  • Assist in sorting, stocking, and organizing merchandise as needed.
  • Provide support for other store operations as requested by management.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Working in a warehouse-style outlet store with varying temperatures.
  • Frequent interaction with large bins of merchandise and handling a high volume of transactions.
