Job description

If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with an amazing team that supports an amazing mission, you might be interested in a position as a Retail Team Member with our Washington Store.
The Retail Team Member position contributes to the success of our stores and our overall mission by helping provide outstanding customer service, processing donations, utilizing the cash register, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers and team members. The Retail Team Member will be responsible for handling material, greeting donors and processing donations, replenishing the inventory stock on the sales floor. Through teamwork and dedication to our mission, our retail team members create a positive experience for both customers and our team members while achieving store and production goals.
Production Retail Team Members will follow the current best practices for sorting, tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandise while working with the store leadership to assess inventory needs. They will accurately record production units to meet or exceed production goals set by leadership and customer demand.
For Outlet Specific Positions: Outlet Retail Team Members will accurately read and record the weight of customer selections to ensure integrity at the cash register. As needed, and in a timely manner, they will help operate large tipping units to fill boats to bring product to the sales floor, ensuring the safety of customers and employees. They will, as needed, help supplement production efforts through accurate and efficient product sorting and material handling.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and write
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Related work experience preferred, but not required
  • Successful completion of a sex offender background check

Scheduling for this position can vary, with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. Team members will be required to work every other weekend. The starting wage for this position is $15.15.
