Job description

As a Warehouse Leader for Goodwill, you will lead our warehouse team by safeguarding and processing all donated goods within our distribution hub.

Your Impact:

  • Safeguarding and efficiently processing all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub
  • Supervising, coordinating, scheduling, inspecting, and approving the work of hub Warehouse associates.
  • Ensuring that all assigned associates are properly trained.
  • Establishing a process control procedures are adhered to and maintained.
  • Making certain that all equipment is functioning properly and ensuring that all tools and equipment are repaired and are on a regularly scheduled maintenance plan.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations.
  • High School Graduate/GED.
  • Supervisory experience of 1 year, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Box Truck experience required
  • Driving record in good standing
