Job description

As a Pricer, you’ll play a key part in keeping our stores running smoothly by sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for sale. Your attention to detail helps ensure every donation is handled responsibly and contributes to Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through the power of work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sort donations into saleable, salvage, and trash categories.
  • Price merchandise accurately using baseline price guides.
  • Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Help keep the “Goodwill River” flowing by meeting daily production goals.
  • Ensure excellent donor and customer service at all times.
  • Follow all safety, security, and company policies.

What You Need:

  • Preferably candidate with knowledge of clothing, antiques and collectibles
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Must be willing and able to workdays, evenings, and weekends

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, bend and reach.
  • Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
  • Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects as required by job
  • Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
