Manager of Security & Investigations (St Petersburg)

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and directing all Security and Investigative functions throughout the agency to safeguard assets, facilities, employees, customers, and stakeholders. Leads the development and execution of security programs, conducts and directs investigations, manages physical security systems, and serves as the primary liaison with law enforcement and related agencies. Provides leadership, training, scheduling, and performance management for Security and investigation personnel while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree in security, loss prevention, or a law enforcement field preferred. Five years of loss prevention or retail management may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of ten yearsโ€™ experience in retail, commercial or industrial security and loss prevention, with at least five years of management experience. Law enforcement experience is desired. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
