DONATION ATTENDANT
THE COMPANY:

THE POSITION:
Are you an active individual who enjoys fast-paced variety throughout the day? Do you thrive interacting with people?
As a Donor Greeter, you will:
  • Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
  • Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
  • Report an accurate daily donor count
  • Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
  • Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
